I have taken some days off from running. Why? Because I didn’t WANT to. I felt myself becoming sluggish and miserable. That’s when it hit me. I feel terrible because I’m not doing this thing that made me so happy! Of course, my first day back felt like slow torturous murder, as my body has been at rest for so long. I’m pleased to say I’m back at it and ready to start tracking my miles again!
